The raw material is fruit charcoal. Fruit charcoal is used in the finished products of hookah charcoal, barbecue charcoal and incense charcoal. We use pure natural wood, which makes the charcoal produced healthy and environmentally friendly. The customer was very satisfied with our raw materials and tried to buy a container of charcoal powder for his own production.
The mixed charcoal powder is pressed into shape by a pressing machine. We have charcoal of various sizes, including 27mm/33mm/35mm/38mm/40mm/45mm/50mm/60mm. Workers select clean and undamaged charcoal pieces and place them in the drying room. After drying, they can be packaged. Before each mass production, we will produce in batches as a test. Only after the ingredients have passed the test will they be produced in batches to ensure that the quality of each product is good.
The customer visited our production workshop and was producing an order of silver quick light charcoal to Nigeria. The 33mm silver charcoal has a lighting time of 30 seconds. The smokeless and odorless characteristics have been well received by customers. It does not affect the burning time. A piece of charcoal can normally burn for 50 minutes to 60 minutes.
It can be used not only for hookah but also for incense. In addition, we have other colors. We have 8 colors of charcoal for customers to choose from. In addition, we have two packaging methods, one is machine packaging and the other is handmade wrapping paper. The machine packaging uses plastic film. After sealing, it can ensure that the charcoal inside is not damp. The handmade wrapping paper can be folded up intact after it is not used up, and it can also prevent air from entering.
